Postage within the UK and Ireland is provided by DHL EXPRESS (next day service). If we receive your order by 2.00pm Monday to Friday, we aim to deliver next day. If you order after 2.00pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will leave on Monday.
Postage to Europe and the rest of the World is with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE or Fedex (Royal Mail if in Russia) and delivery takes up to 6 working days, depending where you are. If you order before 2.00pm Monday to Friday, your order should leave the same day. If you order after 2.00pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will leave on Monday. This a fully tracked and fast service. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped. An additional charge may be added for two plus pairs of footwear.
Postage to USA Please note that taxes, tariffs and duties are not included in our checkout page. These additional fees are determined by the United States Government and are calculated based off of the item’s country of origin, type of garment, and fabric content. Unfortunately, we have no control over what amount you end up being charged, and aren’t able to refund these charges. If you have any questions or concerns regarding duties, tariffs, or taxes we recommend reaching out to your local customs office as they’ll be best able to assist you with the most accurate and up to date information. We can provide you with accurate fabric content, country of origin information, and garment details to share with them. Returns
Please contact sales@envoyofbelfast.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Please clearly mark the outside of the package with your RA number and send items in original condition to Envoy of Belfast, 4 Wellington Street, Belfast BT1 6HT, United Kingdom.
Returns from EU/Rest of World: on the customs form please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’. All paperwork and the outside of the return box must be clearly marked as 'returned goods' and the UK selected as return region- to ensure the order is returned to us with no extra charges. This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.
Returned items not accompanied by a RA number will not be accepted.
Goods are to be received back in store within 14 days of receiving your order (preferably in the original packaging) with all labels still attached.
Please take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply. Please send all items you wish to return through registered post or courier service and retain proof of postage and tracking, as the goods remain your responsibility until received at Envoy of Belfast. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, you are liable for the costs incurred for return postage.
Returned items will be refunded (minus delivery and any other costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping costs and processed within 14 days on receipt of returned item(s).
