Dries Van Noten’s SS16 collection sees clashing colours meet raised jacquard prints, satin ruffles, sequins and layers of tulle in a well curated jumble of juxtapositions. The organic floral patterns adorning shirts, coats and oversized shirt dresses are brought into line with simple cuts and classic silhouettes. The result is flamboyant; sophisticated and eccentric with a raw edge.
