Trudon Royale taper candles in gold. Founded in 1643, the House of Trudon became famous for its superior, clean-burning candles. By 1719, it had become the Royale Wax Manufacture. Trudon candles once lit the main churches in Paris. This particular candle format is the same one that was used to light the King's apartments in Versailles. They are made in our Normandy workshop. Overcoated in our exclusive colours, Royale candles are created from superior quality wax. They are dripless and smokeless. Each candle burns for approximately 14 hours.
